We integrate our service with a local CPA firm in China to provide high quality audit service to our clients. Our audit and review procedures can cover PRC GAAP and IFRS requirements. We can prepare audit report and working payers in both Chinese and English to meet with the requirements of local needs as well as the group auditors’ requirements. In addition, we also provide financial due diligence review service for in-bound investments into China or for IPO in second board of overseas stock exchanges.
